Q: Where does your beef come from?
A: All of our beef is raised right here on our family farm in Delphos, Ohio. We have been buying and finishing steers from the same farm for almost 10 years now.
Q: Is your beef grass-fed?
A: Our steers are raised on a grain-based diet, which helps us achieve consistent marbling and flavor. While we aren’t grass-fed, we prioritize animal health and responsible, hands-on farming.
Q: How is your beef packaged and delivered?
A: All cuts are vacuum-sealed, and flash frozen for maximum freshness. Orders are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure safe delivery to your door.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship out on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: At the moment, we only ship within Ohio and surrounding states. We're working on expanding our reach soon!
Q: How should I store my beef when it arrives?
A: As soon as your order arrives, transfer it to your freezer. Our packaging keeps everything frozen during transit, but it's best to store it right away.
Q: Do you offer bulk buying options?
A: Yes! We sell 1/4 and 1/8 beef options, which are perfect for stocking your freezer. Reach out or visit our Bulk Beef page for details.
